Our Services
At NCE, we offer end-to-end CNC machining services, including one-off machining, production runs, custom drawings and designs, and prototyping. We use a flatbed 3-axis CNC router to its fullest capabilities—cutting and shaping both 2D and 3D parts with accuracy, efficiency, and precise execution.
Machining
With 25 years of engineering experience, we apply that knowledge and capabilities to machining wood, soft metals and plastics.
With the use of advanced CAM software and techniques, we machine complex products and designs by using a 3-axis CNC router to its fullest capability.
Our machine table takes full sheets of material (2440 x 1220mm) which allows for cutting large pieces.
We also generate 3D products through precision Z ramping, using custom fixtures and multiple operations, with a maximum component height of 150mm.
We can do one-off machining as well as small to medium production runs, or whatever you require. You can send us your solid models or designs, or we can assist with designing.
Machining rate - $170/h +GST
Design
With CAM/CAD software, we design precise solid models, ensuring that they are entirely machinable.
We can turn your hand-written measurements and drawings into machinable components, accompanied by engineering drawings.
Prototyping
Do you have an idea, but you’re not quite sure how to get started?
We can work with you to develop your ideas and turn them into reality, by creating solid models so you can digitally see how it will look, and then machining prototypes.
We will work with you from start to finish, to help you get your ideas off the ground.
